Reason to Begin

Hi, This is Alan, a Coffee Consultant and Water Sommelier. The reason to start writing on internet is nothing special.

In this blog, I will share a little bit about my Profession, Passion and Philosophy.

Coffee and Water Professions

I am in charged with a Coffee Consulting Company and owns a Coffee Roastery that located in New Taipei City, Taiwan. As some readers might have already known, I am also a licensed Q-Grader and Water Sommelier.

The core business for my company is supplying roasted coffee bean to Cafe’, Coffee Shop and Company Offices. In the meantime, we also provide supportive ODM & OBM services to third party Coffee Brands.

As a Water Sommelier, I am a member of Water Sommelier Union and offer water importers for their water product review.

My Passion for Fashion, Design and Art

I do not have any background regarding fashion, design or art. However, it can not be an excuse to stop passion for Aesthetics.

I am an old generation street fashion lover. I also enjoy visiting design and art exhibitions. Recently, I am learning decoration and potentially join venture with friends’ firm.

My Philosophy for life and work

I finished my Economics Bachelor in Canada and start my own business in Taiwan. Business Model and Brand Strategy are always my concerns.

Sometimes I am invited as guest speaker for business class in college. I do feel people have different business aspects in Asia. Fortunately, the multi culture background I have in early life allows me to approach the balance point in between.
